ISO/IEC 27001 is a standard for managing information security through a process-based approach. It covers various aspects of information security to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, providing a comprehensive framework for information security management.
ISO 14001 sets out the requirements for an environmental management system. Obtaining the ISO 14001 certificate from the SIQ certification body is a major milestone, as it affirms our dedication to excellence in environmental management and sustainability.
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 is an international standard for IT Service Management (ITSM). It provides a framework and a systematic approach to plan, implement, operate, review, maintain and improve an IT service management system.

Cyber Essentials is a UK government-backed scheme built around five technical controls that stop the most common cyber attacks: firewalls, secure configuration, user access control, malware protection and security update management. Our certification covers the whole organisation and is issued by an IASME-accredited certification body.
Cyber Essentials Plus is the independently audited level of the UK government-backed Cyber Essentials scheme. Instead of accepting a self-assessment, an external assessor tests our systems and devices hands-on to verify that the scheme’s five technical controls are genuinely in place across the whole organisation.
The Archives of the Republic of Slovenia certifies software that handles official records under Slovenian archival law (ZVDAGA) and the Uniform Technological Requirements (PETZ). Better Platform holds certificate e-ARS 2026/SW012, confirming it meets the requirements for keeping documentary and archival material in electronic form.
